Jim Antonucci, Ph.D., MBA
With a foundation in architecture and design from the University of Florida, Jim brings a unique blend of creative vision and strategic leadership to Stone Tile Group, Central Florida’s premier source for architectural stone, porcelain slabs, and exterior cladding.
His background includes nearly two decades of executive leadership, development strategy, and oversight of complex projects valued at more than one hundred million dollars.
Beyond his professional strengths, Jim is deeply committed to the Kingdom-focused principles that shape the Orchard Concept. His leadership is rooted in biblical abiding — choosing alignment with God’s voice and God’s pace in every season.

Chris Guadagnoli
Founder and Technical Director of STG, Chris brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the natural stone and surfacing industry. Since founding Stone Tile Group in 2002, he has become a trusted partner to architects, designers, and contractors.
Chris leads from a foundation of biblical abiding — rooted in Christ, seeking His pace over pressure, and pursuing clarity, peace, and wisdom in every decision.
A global artisan at heart, Chris has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas to cultivate exclusive quarry and supplier relationships. His technical mastery sets industry standards for facades, rainscreens, custom carving, fabrication, and restoration.

A Story of Surrender
Jim and Chris built Stone Tile Group into a luxury stone company known for uncompromising quality and exceptional craftsmanship. But somewhere along the journey, success began to feel hollow — the metrics were impressive, but the meaning was missing.
The turning point came through surrender — not of ambition or excellence, but of control. From that surrender, The Orchard Concept was born: rooted in John 15’s call to abide in Christ, it articulates a framework for integrating faith and business as one unified calling.
